Rosario is a dual qualified solicitor specializing in IP law. She is our Inhouse Counsel advising on both contentious and non-contentious IP law and practice, with a particular emphasis on brand protection and trademarks, designs and copyright. Prior to joining Trademark Eagle in 2016 she worked for 15 years in the city in the IP departments of two international law firms. During what Rosario calls her previous life, before coming to the UK with her husband, she worked as an IP lawyer in Peru, Venezuela and Brazil. Rosario has particular expertise in contentious matters and contracts. Her goal is to solve disputes for her clients on an amicable basis with strong experience of directly negotiating and drafting settlement and co-existence agreements. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and has an understanding of French.
In her spare time Rosario enjoys outdoor sports and spends most of her weekends hiking or running after her children and her dog. Rosario and her family love travelling and like nothing better than exploring new places, hiking new trails, skiing down different mountains and tasting local food.
